Job summary

A leading children's enrichment organization in Tampa, Florida is seeking a part-time STEAM Instructor. In this role, you will lead curriculum-guided activities for children ages 4-14, promoting creativity and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates should have experience working with children, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Training and complete curriculum will be provided, ensuring you are well-prepared for each program.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience working with children in a classroom or camp environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Criminal and Child Clearances must be current.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of up to 24 students through curriculum-guided activities.
• Monitor student behavior and manage classroom discipline.
• Encourage students & parents to enroll in future programs.
