Job summary

Snapology of King of Prussia is seeking Birthday Party Facilitators to promote creativity and teamwork through STEAM activities for children ages 3–14. You will lead engaging programs, supervise materials, and communicate with parents, staff, and leadership.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with children, a high school diploma or higher, and willingness to obtain required background clearances. Training and curriculum are provided.

Qualifications

• Criminal and Child Clearances (background checks and fingerprinting) current through Texas Central Background Check Unit
• 2+ years of experience leading children in classroom or camp settings
• Education degree or teaching experience preferred; students pursuing education encouraged to apply
• Excellent time and classroom management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with students, parents, coworkers and Snapology Leadership
• Familiarity with LEGO® bricks and technology; comfort with coding and robotics preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality; driver’s license and insurance required
• First Aid & CPR trained

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Snapology programs for groups of up to 24 students
• Instruct and monitor students in learning materials and equipment; all materials and training provided
• Prepare for each party program by reading curriculum and watching training videos
• Maintain engagement and manage behavior according to Snapology policies
• Present party themes to promote creativity and teamwork
• Encourage enrollment in future Snapology programs
• Participate in training and staff meetings as required
• Collaborate with leadership and staff
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with students, parents, and community partners
• Travel to host locations to run parties
• Safely transport and store materials
