Job Description

1. Cook orders promptly according to memorized standard recipes.
2. Monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met.
3. Maintain inventory of station and order stock.
4. Receive and prepare food orders according to standard recipes.
5. Coordinate orders for pick-up.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
7. Control waste through proper rotation, storage, and quantity management.
8. Apply established safety and sanitation procedures consistently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Physical capabilities include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
