Job summary

Stay & Play Caregiver at the YMCA in Fairless Hills, PA. This part-time, hourly role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–12:30pm and 4:30pm–7:30pm, plus Saturday 8am–12pm, with a pay rate of $11–$12.50 per hour. You’ll help create a safe, engaging environment for children and support our community programs.

Candidates should be 16+, comfortable in child care, and willing to live the Y mission. First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen training is provided.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age
• Experience and comfort working in child care—does not have to be professional
• Willingness and desire to live out the Y mission
• Life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)

• Maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment for children to play and learn
• Engage with children to maximize their experience
• Vigilantly monitor the children and their environment
• Prevent risk, bullying, and misbehavior

What is needed for this job as our Stay & Play Caregiver:

• 16+ years of age
• Have experience and comfort working in child care - does not have to be professional

• Are able to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
