Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Statistical Reporting Specialist in New York to ensure accurate and timely reporting of WC data to regulatory agencies, rating bureaus, and data collection organizations.

The role supports Arch's divisions by managing USR, MDC, IDC data calls and resolving data quality issues to stay compliant. You will collaborate with Claims Data Quality and IT, create documentation, and handle state-specific reporting obligations, surcharge

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of the Workers' Compensation line of business.
• Familiar with USR and financial data call requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office; SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create documentation to support WC data call reporting for all Arch divisions.
• Assist in MDC/IDC inquiries from data collection organizations.
• Address USR bureau criticisms and fix data anomalies with staff.
• Fulfill WC surcharge and assessment payment obligations.
• Develop process documentation for account renewals and Arch policies.
• Collaborate with Claims Data Quality and IT to resolve data issues.
