• Computer systems support knowledge
• SAS, Business Objects, and/or DB2 or other relational database experience

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive reports and analyze data to identify patterns and trends
• Assist in creating materials that illustrate analytical/data findings
• Identify opportunities for improvement that can be addressed with educational initiatives
• Use multiple software platforms to produce reports according to work requests, internal initiatives, and customer requests
• Code, maintain, and execute simple to complex database programs for data extraction and presentation for standard and ad hoc reporting
• Develop supporting material and guidelines on report design and resulting data
• Evaluate data integrity for compliance with customer requirements and recommend corrective and preventative actions
• Provide input on database design
• Create illustrations, graphics, and narrative reports to identify and explain patterns and trends
• Assist with quality checks on new and existing relational database changes
• Create support documentation outlining procedures
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing for fraud detection and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data integrity, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting workflows and develop submission-ready datasets
