Job summary

ENFRA in Louisiana seeks a Stationary HVAC Technician III to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components. You will perform service projects from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction throughout.

The role requires 4-6 years of HVAC experience, valid technician license and EPA certification, and strong communication skills. You will handle maintenance of cooling towers, water-cooled chillers, and hydronic systems while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 4-6 years HVAC experience.
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Level II Technician skills.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance.
• Hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Aware of industry competitors and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Maintenance of HVAC equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water cooled chiller.
• Energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Maintain clear communications with customers on and off job sites.
• Assist in inventory and tool procurement for the service vehicle.
• Promote and follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Overview

The Stationary HVAC Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water cooled chiller.
• Energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• 4-6 years HVAC experience
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Skills of Level II Technician.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
