U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Engineer to join our Upper Gwynedd, PA operations team.

The role involves maintaining electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and overseeing Building Automation System operations to ensure reliable facility performance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in large office facility operations, strong knowledge of building systems, and a Universal Technician certification for CFC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in operations and maintenance of large office facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical and mechanical systems.
• Universal Technician certification for CFC required.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with BAS.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends in emergencies.

U.S. Facilities, Inc, a consolidated facility management/infrastructure service organization seeking a Stationary Engineer to join our Upper Gwynedd, PA operations team. Typical work schedules will vary based on business demand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery, systems, and equipment.
2. Performs Building Automation System operations.
3. Performs preventative maintenance.
4. Responds to alarms at the UG and NW sites.
5. Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts.
6. Controls and issues tools and equipment.
7. Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations.
8. This position occasionally requires coverage of other shifts, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

1. Team player with 5 years hands-on and experience in overall operations and maintenance of large office facility.
2. Must have a history of safe work practices and training.
3. Must have strong background and knowledge in building mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Must have certification as Universal Technician for CFC
5. Must possess advanced computer skills.
6. Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, our Customers, Contractors and Co-Workers.
7. Must be able to work safely and efficiently unsupervised.
8. Must have a willingness to learn new skills and assist co-workers.
9. Candidate must be able to report to work daily overtime, holidays and required weekends in an emergency.
