Krgstaffing seeks a Stationary Engineer for a Western New York non-profit in Buffalo. The role covers operation and maintenance of the central Utility Plant, including BAS, boilers, chillers, and generators. Standard day shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with a 37.5 hour work week.

Responsibilities include safe operation of systems, log maintenance, water testing, and prompt HVAC issue resolution to ensure continuous, reliable service.

Qualificações

• Experience operating central plant systems including BAS, boilers and chillers.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of building systems and equipment.
• Monitor and interpret BAS, logs, and safety procedures.

A WNY non-profit has a need for a Stationary Engineer.

The Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the central Utility Plant Systems including BAS, boilers, chillers, emergency generators and all associated sub-systems.

Duties include:

• Maintaining safe and efficient operation of building systems and installing/repairing equipment accordingly
• Ensuring proper operation of chillers, boilers, emergency generators, machinery, pump, etc.
• Observing, interpreting and maintaining BAS
• Maintaining daily logs of operation, maintenance, safety
• Testing boiler water quality and taking corrective action as necessary
• Responding to and resolving HVAC issues

Actual pay rate offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
