Job summary

Brightline is seeking a Stations Maintenance Technician I for our Florida operations, primarily at the West Palm Beach station. You will perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs of building systems, with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep under supervision.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in building maintenance; on-call, weekend, and holiday shifts may apply. Travel daily between stations, up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical cert preferred.
• 1+ years of professional experience in basic building maintenance or similar operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical maintenance and operational tasks under supervision.
• Maintain and service HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Respond to work orders and PMs promptly.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure safety and quality in all maintenance activities.
