Qualifications

• Experience equivalent to one year as a DCS Program Specialist or a DCS Case Manager 3 may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide implementations of quality improvement initiatives and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
• Communicate with regions and divisions to ensure accurate information for investigative tasks.
• Review information from case management to approve services for children entering custody.
• Monitor service provision and assess outcomes to promote program improvement.
