Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to apply the VA Construction and Professional Services Manual.
• Ability to manage and administer the design and construction of building facilities.
• Knowledge of general management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Annual Building Permit Program for VDOT.
• Analyze building permit applications.
• Implement supplemental building permit policies.

Skills

Knowledge of Virginia Statewide Building Code
