Job summary

Park View Care Center, part of Exceptional Living Centers, seeks compassionate STNAs in Ohio to provide high-quality resident care under licensed supervision. Join a team focused on dignity, safety, and support for residents in a full-service nursing facility.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal care and well-being in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Valid STNA certification (state and federal requirements).
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands of the position.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safe resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators.
• Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
• Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.

Position Summary:
