Job summary

Arbors West is seeking an STNA/CNA to join our long‑term care team. You will provide basic nursing assistance, assist residents with daily living activities, and help ensure comfort and safety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications include a valid CNA certification in the state of employment and high school diploma or equivalent. Six months in a long‑term care setting is preferred, with opportunities for growth and reliable scheduling in a friendly facility.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.

• Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and intake/output.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
