Job summary

Country Meadow Rehab & Nursing Center in Ohio is hiring full-time STNAs for the 2PM-10PM shift to provide safe, compassionate resident care under licensed nurses. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, adhering to state and federal standards, supporting RNs and LPNs, and maintaining accurate reports and records while ensuring a clean, comfortable living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in Ohio.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.
• Assist RNs and LPNs.
• Perform ADLs (bathing, dressing, meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning).

QUALIFICATIONS OF A STNA:

• Must have an active Certification as a STNA in the state of OH

• Experience preferred, not required
