Job Summary:

Concord Care Center of Sandusky is seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team. As an STNA at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support, you will help our residents achieve their individualized care plans and promote their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Conduct vital signs, monitor resident health, and report changes to licensed staff

  • Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed

  • Support residents with mobility and ambulation, including transferring, walking, and using assistive devices

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including ensuring proper infection control practices

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, actively listening to residents' concerns and needs, and communicating effectively with families and care team members

What We Offer:
  • Hourly wage of $16 per hour

  • Loyalty Bonus: $2 per hour

  • Attendance Bonus: $2.00 per hour
