Job summary

Village Caregiving in Ashtabula, OH is hiring State Tested Nursing Aides to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily activities, medication reminders, mobility support, and transportation to appointments. Training is provided and you will work with a supportive caregiving team.

No prior caregiver experience is required, but healthcare awareness, reliability, and strong communication are essential. Daily pay, bonuses, and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong bedside manner and empathy for clients.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication as directed.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy exercises and activities.
• Shop for clients or accompany them to shop when needed.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Collect information from caregivers and health professionals.
• Report any unusual incidents promptly to nurses and families.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
