Job summary

CareCore Health LLC is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) in Ohio to join our caring, team-focused long-term care team. Full-time day and night shifts are available, offering stable hours and the chance to work closely with residents.

Ideal candidates hold an active Ohio STNA license, are at least 18, and are committed to compassionate resident care while collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Prior LTC experience is a plus but not required.

Available Shifts

• Full-Time Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-Time Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio STNA license required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team-focused environment while providing compassionate resident care.
