Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring Service Inspectors in Virginia. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform state inspections, and ensure safety standards are met. You must have a Virginia Inspector license and at least one year as a Virginia State Inspector, own tools, and be ready to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of automotive repair experience.
Virginia Inspector license is required.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Virginia State Inspector.
Must have own tools; tool purchase program available.
Diagnostic scanner experience is a plus.
Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.
Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Availability to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Provides accurate and timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Test drives vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
Inspection and repairing customers vehicles to ensure compliance with state requirements.
Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
Assists other teammates with tasks to deliver a wow experience.
