A leading HR services company in the United States is seeking a skilled Architect–Project Manager to provide technical and administrative support for the design, renovation, and construction of state-owned buildings. You will manage project scopes, budgets, and architectural designs while ensuring compliance with all building codes. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and hold a Certificate of Registration as a Delaware Architect. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience in space planning and construction project management.
• Must hold a Certificate of Registration as a Delaware Architect.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project management for new and renovated state buildings.
• Assist in planning, programming, and scope development.
• Advise agency leaders on development and execution of plans.
• Ensure compliance with building and life safety codes.
• Negotiate design standards and contracts for services.
• Prepare reports and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
