  • Support delivery of end-to-end, turnkey solutions from startup through launch and steady-state operations, including stakeholder engagement, communications and outreach, data collection, process design, application or incentive administration, and performance reporting.
  • Translate research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and client input into clear findings, practical options, and actionable recommendations; prepare and present client-ready reports, presentations, models, and other deliverables.
  • Facilitate client interviews, workshops, working sessions, and requirements-gathering activities with public-sector stakeholders; translate current-state processes, challenges, goals, and interdependencies into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage assigned workplans, schedules, status reporting, risks and issues, and performance measures from project initiation through analysis, solution development, implementation, and closeout.
  • Conduct advanced data collection, research, information finding, and data analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and appropriate digital or AI-enabled research tools responsibly.
  • Build productive relationships with client counterparts and respond to questions within the assigned workstream; communicate clearly and professionally about scope, schedule, quality, performance, and emerging risks.
