AWS is seeking a Startups Business Operations Sr. Analyst to drive operational excellence across the Startups Sales organization in Seattle, WA. You will implement scalable processes, leverage GenAI-powered insights, and manage forecasting and pipeline systems to enable predictable growth.

You'll run rhythms of business from Top Deals Reviews to Monthly Business Reviews, build AI-powered solutions, and partner with field teams to deliver measurable outcomes and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or related fields with demonstrated success in executing and improving operational mechanisms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and AI/GenAI tools.
• Experience with GenAI tools, AI agent development, or AI-powered automation platforms, with demonstrated interest in driving AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or related fields with demonstrated success in executing and improving operational mechanisms
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and proficiency with technical tooling including CRM platforms, Excel, and AI/GenAI tools
• Experience with GenAI tools, AI agent development, or AI-powered automation platforms, with demonstrated interest in driving AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth or expansion
• Experience consulting with senior leadership and executives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Amazon's operational model and mechanisms
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, using agentic AI frameworks, or implementing automation solutions in a business operations context

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
