Ideal candidates will have at least three years of sophisticated corporate law practice experience, particularly representing technology and life sciences firms. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $260,000 and $390,000, with additional benefits including healthcare and flexible spending accounts. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, especially in startup or venture capital.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Barred in the jurisdiction where applying or eligible to take the bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services to technology and life sciences companies.
• Assist with M&A and Capital Markets for emerging companies.
• Prepare legal documents and representations for clients.
