• Maintain and expand sourcing pipelines using internal CRM and deal-tracking tools
• Prepare concise startup summaries, sourcing memos, and opportunity briefs for the investment team
• Support thematic sourcing aligned with firm investment theses and priority sectors
• Track ecosystem trends, emerging technologies, and founder communities to identify new sourcing opportunities
• Collaborate with senior investors on refining sourcing strategies and outreach approaches

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and early-stage company building
• Experience in venture internships, startup ecosystems, consulting, sales, community management, or campus entrepreneurship is helpful
