Ethos is seeking a Startup Fundraising Advisor Expert to provide Generalist judgment focused on startup fundraising outputs, without case files or firm overhead. You will evaluate results, correct errors, and deliver expert reasoning specific to generalist tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 weekly or more) and pays $100 per hour.

Must have hands-on experience with pitch decks, cap tables, term sheets, and LP-facing investor updates. Start date ASAP.
