Job summary

Altura Ventures LLC is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead a startup as a fractional Founder/CEO with the potential to become a full-time founder. You will shape product, growth, and fundraising strategy while partnering with Lee Lorenzen and Altura Ventures.

Join via the GEM System to raise initial capital and drive growth. You will be evaluated on concept quality, fundraising progress, and ability to execute with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Optimize your existing startup's positioning and/or brainstorm a new idea with Lee Lorenzen.
• Select the opportunity that best fits your experience and interests.
• Work with Altura Ventures using the GEM System to raise $250K in 3 months.
• Operate as a fractional Founder / CEO during the initial fundraising and growth phase.
• Transition to a full-time Founder / CEO role as milestones are achieved.

Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Fractional or Full-time Startup Founder, CEO

Altura Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work directly with founder Lee Lorenzen to help fund and scale one of the ideas the the EIR already has or one of the ones that Altura Ventures has been incubating.

This role is designed for entrepreneurial operators who want more than a traditional executive position. You will begin as a fractional Founder/CEO, helping shape product, growth, fundraising, and execution—with the opportunity based on the quality of the concept and the initial fundraising success (which Altura Ventures will manage) to transition into a full-time Founder/CEO role.

Through Altura Ventures’ GEM System, you will receive hands-on support for fundraising, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and growth execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

COMPENSATION

• Fundraising success bonuses of up to $25,000 as the first $250,000 is raised with Altura's help
• Initial fractional Founder/CEO equity grant of 100% -- it is your company
• Monthly salary when you transition to a full-time Founder/CEO -- expected to be in 12 to 18 months
