Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and a clear path to professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

You will implement individualized skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with families to promote client independence and positive behaviors. Active RBT certification is required before start.
