Job summary

Heartland ABA in Harrisonville, MO is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

We offer Same Day Pay, flexible hours, and opportunities to accumulate hours toward BCBA supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be willing to learn, and hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
