K&B Transportation offers three pay options with flexible hometime choices.

Pay Option 1: Road Warrior

• Start at 70 CPM with a $1610 minimum guarantee; potential to earn $2000+ on top weeks.
• Annual earnings can exceed $90,000.
• Out 8 weeks at a time with 10 days off; nationwide hiring; fly home if not accessible by truck.

Pay Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Plan

• Start at 70 CPM with a $1564 minimum guarantee; potential to earn $2000+ on top weeks.
• Annual earnings up to $90,000.
• Out 4 weeks with 5 days off; residents of Central US preferred.

Pay Option 3: Midwest Regional

• Start at 62 CPM, raises to 64 CPM.
• Guaranteed $1426/week, with top weeks earning $1800+.
• Out 12-14 days, with some weekend home options in select cities; residents of Central US preferred.
