Job summary

Responsibilities include running checkout sequences, responding to alarms, documenting issues, and collaborating with engineers to ensure readiness for flight. Shift flexibility and physical readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ years of experience executing work instructions, test procedures, or controlled operations.
• Preferred: engineering degree and aerospace or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Vehicle Controller on console for Starship production checkouts.
• Execute released test plans and work-order operations with safety first.
• Run checkout sequences on flight hardware and halt if safety requires.
• Maintain radio discipline and ensure PPE and barriers are enforced.
• Cover stations as needed and monitor live telemetry and alarms.
• Close test requirements and document deviations with issue tickets.
• Provide shift handovers and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Interface with supervisors, avionics, and technicians to clear blockers.
