Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at the Starship production site in Boca Chica, Texas. The role involves performing repairs and preventative maintenance on various critical equipment including heavy industrial machinery and automotive assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of maintenance technician experience, a solid understanding of diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and the ability to maintain a safe working environment. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Experience with diesel, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all fleet assets to ensure proper operating condition.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair control and electrical system failures.
