Job summary

Yorkville CUSD 115 invites applications for a 1.0 FTE paraprofessional in the STARS classroom for Kindergarten/1st Grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

• Experience assisting students with diverse needs in classroom settings.
• Ability to follow IEP/504/ RtI plans and document progress.
• Strong collaboration with teachers and support staff.
• Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with academic tasks and learning activities.
• Support social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Implement and monitor classroom interventions as directed by teachers.
• Prepare instructional materials and adapt resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate attendance and documentation in student records.
