The 2027-2028 Starr Global Associates Program is a dynamic, accelerated training program designed to identify, cultivate, and retain high-potential college graduates. This program offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and build a strong foundation in the insurance industry.
As an Associate, you will work in one of Starr’s various departments, learning the business and contributing to your team. The Associates Program complements your department work by offering professional development opportunities, including direct exposure to senior leadership, technical training, and a comprehensive understanding of key functions throughout the organization.

For individuals based in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to provide a compensation range. The estimated wage range for this role is $68,000-$78,000 , which reflects factors such as skills, experience, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
