Qualifications

• A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

Responsibilities

• Track manpower, hours, and on-site tasks for field verification.
• Complete CPR, CCIP, EEO reporting and workforce compliance tracking.
• Track T&M slips and pricing.
• Assist with Change Order management.
• Manage tool and equipment inventory.
• Support Job Cost Labor audits as needed.
• Shadow PMs on site visits and estimating walks.
• Update project documents (Allowance Trackers, Histograms, PO Logs, Daily Reports, time cards, change order logs, production trackers).
• Assist with gathering and submitting new hire paperwork and background check submissions for field staff.

Overview

Starlite Building Services is a construction services operation that serves clients throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York City, Miami, Bentonville AR, and Los Angeles. Our team is made up of hundreds of talented and dedicated craft workers providing valuable assistance with project scope, budgeting, scheduling, site logistics, and materials.

We are looking for college students (rising Juniors and Seniors) seeking internships for the summer of 2027 in Boston. This internship will provide advance consideration for a full time opportunity after graduation. The ability to build strong relationships is key for our Starlite internships. These roles are hands on and will work closely with our established project teams providing you a wonderful introduction to the industry and company culture.

Responsibilities

You will be working alongside the Starlite team supporting work across several active construction projects in New England supporting the work of several team members, your individual responsibilities may include some of the activities listed below.

• Tracking man power, hours, and tasks on site for field verification

Salary Range Information

Boston Base Salary Range: $24 - $27/hour The range stated is specific to Boston, MA. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
