• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields; relevant reliability experience a plus.
• 1+ years in an engineering role in manufacturing, reliability, or operations.
• Preferred: 2+ years in maintenance/reliability in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify asset reliability risks and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and predictive maintenance.
• Drive maintenance design, installation, and asset improvement projects.
• Prepare asset documentation for mechanical, controls, and software reviews.
• Support production with asset analyses and reliability metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to address repetitive failures.
• Apply value analysis to repair/replace and make/buy decisions.
