Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Starbucks Department Manager to lead daily operations, uphold customer service and product quality, and drive sales and efficiency in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will develop teammates, ensure food safety and service standards, and coordinate tasks to keep store operations smooth while maintaining strong vendor and partner communications.

  • Maintain a customer-first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriately.
  • Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels.
  • Maintain calm, consistent operations during high-volume periods.
  • Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards.
  • Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage.
  • Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners.
  • Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities.
