We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Skill areas:

Café or food service operations and customer experience

Inventory management, ordering, and product rotation

Scheduling, task coordination, and team support

Food safety, sanitation, and compliance practices

Knowledge:

Starbucks products, preparation standards, and service expectations

Food safety requirements and sanitation procedures

Store systems, ordering tools, and basic computer applications

Abilities:

Ability to review department performance, inventory, and operational trends

Ability to train, coach, and support associate development

Ability to organize and coordinate daily work activities

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work extended periods in a retail environment

Other requirements: Flexible availability including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and the Code of Business Conduct
