Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Starbucks Lead Barista to help deliver the signature in-store experience. You will assist customers with orders for Starbucks services, suggest products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will build trust with customers, stock displays according to merchandising standards, and demonstrate strong listening and communication skills while handling equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods.
• Able to lift/move product.
• Comfortable with bakery and deli equipment.
