Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items per recipe and presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest service to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and make product recommendations to boost sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low or out-of-stock items to leadership.
• Stay informed on promotions, seasonal beverages, and store initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and prep during slower periods.
• Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies and procedures.
• Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities.
• Remain productive and support store readiness at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
