Kowalski, in partnership with Starbucks, is hiring baristas in Saint Paul, MN to deliver friendly, efficient service and follow Starbucks recipes with consistent quality.

The hands-on training program develops frontline leaders, emphasizing teamwork, memorization for drink consistency, and learning new recipes. Early mornings and weekend availability are required in a fast-paced environment.
