Job summary

LV Petroleum-Starbucks in West Point, GA is hiring friendly baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience. You’ll craft beverages, handle cash, and provide welcoming service in a fast-paced, team-focused store.

Join a supportive team, learn new recipes, and grow with weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401k, and PTO. Prior cash handling or customer service is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable; able to engage customers warmly.
• Willing to learn order-taking, beverages, and store procedures.
• Ability to handle cash, operate POS, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Starbucks Experience to customers with excellent service.
• Prepare beverages and food items following recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safe store environment.
• Assist with cash handling and daily opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with team to ensure fast, friendly service in a busy store.
