Marriott Orlando Downtown is hiring a friendly Starbucks Barista to craft quality beverages and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will operate the POS system, maintain the Starbucks station, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Positive attitude with a passion for coffee and guest satisfaction.
