Job summary

Meijer is seeking a friendly Starbucks Barista to deliver exceptional customer service, take and fulfill orders, and promote products in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will engage customers, offer menu options, manage special requests, and maintain clean, stocked displays while following safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a positive shopper experience.

As a Starbucks Barista, you have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to additional services provided by our store, product and customer service.

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.

$15.50 - $17.58
