Job summary

The Kroger Co. in Bennett, CO is seeking a Coffee Shop Associate to provide exceptional customer service in a safe, welcoming environment.

• Check product quality for freshness; review sell-by dates and act accordingly.
• Properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machines, blenders, scales and steamers.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.
• Reinforce safety programs and follow safety procedures; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and notifying management of repairs.
• Notify management of accidents; report safety risks or illegal activity to store management.
• Able to work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
