Job Details: Job Location: Starbucks Cheshire - St Louis, MO 63117, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $21.00 Hourly, POSITION SUMMARY Daily supervision and direction of Starbucks service staff. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for outlets.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure that food and beverage items are being served in a professional and timely manner by communicating with the Baristas. Handle guest complaints.
• Ensure availability of manpower, supplies, and equipment to ensure positive guest experience. Assist in hiring, scheduling, supervision and control of Baristas.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and conduct ongoing training of associates to ensure that associates continue to improve their performance.
• Assist in the completion of reports on production and necessary requisitions. Assist in regulation of distribution of necessary supplies.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

• In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions.
• Provide direct service to guests as needed, including, but not limited to, bussing tables and general clerical/cashier duties.

Upon employment all associates are required to comply with the standards, rules and regulations which may be established by the Company and updated from time to time. Associates who violate property rules or have irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

The Hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules, weekends, holidays and overtime to reflect the business needs of the property. Associates may also be required to attend group and/or department meetings in addition to the work shift as necessary. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
