Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly part-time barista to greet guests and craft delicious lattes, teas, and beverages for hotel and local guests using Starbucks products. You’ll be part of our Food & Beverage team, delivering warm service and a smile throughout shifts.

Flexibility is key—days, evenings and weekends are involved. If you enjoy hospitality, fast-paced environments, and helping guests feel welcome, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café/hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee prep, espresso beverages, and food safety a plus.
• POS systems experience and cash handling preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, attention to detail, and multitasking.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a part-time barista, you will be working with our food & beverage team to greet and anticipate guests needs, ensuring that no request is left unattended, and every desire is fulfilled promptly.

You will make delicious lattes, teas, and fancy beverages for hotel and local guests alike with Starbucks coffee products. You will encourage retail sales and be a team player. You don't shy away from hard work and enjoy bringing a smile to guests and team members faces.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
