Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Missouri seeks a banquet cook to prepare menu items according to banquet event orders and established quality standards. You will receive orders, execute specifications, and ensure station cleanliness and proper inventory levels.

The role requires the ability to stand, walk a full shift, and lift up to 25 pounds, with eligibility to obtain necessary licenses or certifications. This position supports our hospitality team in delivering exceptional banquet experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the same or similar position is preferred.
• Must be able to receive and understand food orders and banquet specification sheets.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to maneuver 25 pounds throughout shift.
