Job summary

ACTION LOGISTICS is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our Roanoke, TX team on the warehouse floor, handling orders, picking, packing, and shipments. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has standup forklift experience, familiarity with inventory control systems, and the ability to stand for long periods while meeting daily targets. Casual dress, free parking, and coffee are provided; benefits after 90 days may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory control systems preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse paperwork and inventory counting preferred.
• Experience operating power equipment is a plus.
• Ability to bend, stand, reach, lift and carry items in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Inventory - Pick products as ordered on to pallets, maintain inventory list, assist restocking, report defects, and keep records.
• Safety and housekeeping - Maintain safe, organized workspace; report concerns; support safety training and incident follow-up; assist with shipping/receiving issues.
