Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work extensive field hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel up to 95%.

The Standards Compliance Analyst 1 Developmental Disabilities conducts field visits and reviews of day and residential programs certified by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), including services under the Home and Community Based Services Waiver. The role involves interpreting regulations to providers, participating in exit conferences, reviewing corrective action plans, and extensive report writing to meet Centers for Medicare Services and state deadlines. This position requires extensive travel, early morning and evening site visits, some weekend work, and is based in Schenectady, NY.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, health administration, or related field
• Two years of experience in program development, implementation, oversight, and monitoring for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Ability to work extensive field hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel up to 95%
• Completion of mandatory training in Albany and other locations
• Valid driver's license required for extensive travel
