Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Night Shift Reach Truck Operator to safely operate a stand-up reach truck within a freezer warehouse. You will pick, pull and stage orders in a fast-paced setting, enduring very cold temperatures for the duration of the shift.

Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with a Tuesday–Saturday 6:00 PM–4:30 AM schedule, subject to changes. Candidates should have prior reach truck experience and be willing to adapt as shifts are reorganized.

Job Description

The Night Shift Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a stand‑up reach truck forklift to select, pull, and stage orders within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This position operates entirely within a freezer warehouse setting, requiring the physical stamina to work comfortably and productively in very cold, sub‑zero temperatures for the duration of the shift. This role offers a starting pay rate of $18.75 per hour with an initial schedule of Tuesday - saturday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Ideal candidates must possess prior reach truck experience and display scheduling flexibility, as the facility will be rearranging shifts soon and this schedule is subject to change at a later date.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
